Andrew Richard Lukehart was put to death Tuesday evening at Florida State Prison in Starke for the killing of his girlfriend’s five-month-old daughter in Jacksonville 30 years ago.

A 53-year-old Florida man has been executed for the murder of his girlfriend’s infant daughter in 1996.
