A familiar story has unfolded in the Maine city of Biddeford, where a federal officer shot and killed a driving a moving vehicle during an immigration enforcement operation.

Federal officials say an immigration officer acted in self-defense when he shot through the window of a car, killing the driver, Renee Good, a 37-year-old mother of three in Minneapolis.
