Right-hander William Woods was recalled to take Rosario's spot, giving the Braves 16 pitchers on their 28-man roster. Traded from Cleveland to Atlanta last July, Rosario tested free agency after the 2021 season before re-signing with the Braves for an $18 million, two-year deal. Coming back from a knee injury that ended his 2021 season, Acuña is expected to play at least two more games with Triple-A Gwinnett as part of his rehab assignment.wftv.com
