Stephen Monroe, 26, was found guilty by a Flagler County jury of first-degree murder in a 2022 drive-by shooting which took the life of a 16-year-old boy.

Devandre Bernard Williams entered a plea deal for two counts of 2nd-degree murder and one count of attempted 2nd-degree murder.
