The Nielsen company said 6.1 million people watched the Emmys on Sunday night, down from 6.9 million in 2019 and the third straight year of record low viewership. Still, it illustrated how the Emmy Awards are becoming a boutique event. Last year was the first time viewership slipped under 10 million people. Viewership is also fragmented across many different networks and streaming services, and several shows don't have a wide audience.

"Friends" stars Courteney Cox reunited with her former co-star Matthew Perry on Thursday and posted a cute picture of herself with her TV husband. Cox captioned the shot. The duo's "Friends" co-star Jennifer Aniston, new to Instagram, left a comment on the snap. Lisa Kudrow, who starred as Phoebe Buffay, commented, "Lucky lucky. All six former "Friends" got together for a pic last month that Aniston posted in her Instagram debut.

The search engine has launched seven "Friends"-themed "Easter eggs" that show users special icons when they search for their favorite character. A search for Ross Geller, pop-culture's most famous paleontologist, brings up a couch -- click on it, and you'll hear Ross' helpful suggestion to "pivot!" For fans who search for "Friends glossary," the search engine will pull definitions for "unfloopy," "phalange," "hand twin" and "mississipily" -- just in case you needed reminding.
