Sands report recommends the state lab immediately begin reporting Test Iowa results to the IDPH, as the law requires. She said the attorney general's office concluded that the reporting is done in a manner which complies with state code, including the Test Iowa results.In a news conference Tuesday, Reynolds defended the reporting process and the Test Iowa program.
