PLANO, Texas — Dallas Cowboys defensive end Sam Williams was issued an arrest warrant on a misdemeanor charge for reckless driving stemming from his involvement in a vehicle crash last month, authorities said Wednesday. Williams’ vehicle hit a black Infiniti driven by a 71-year-old woman that was heading northbound and attempting to turn, WFAA-TV reported.
