Iglesias batted .271 last season over 114 games with the Los Angeles Angels and 23 with Boston. He was a 26th-round pick by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2010 amateur draft.

A person familiar with the deals says shortstop José Iglesias and right-handed reliever Alex Colomé have agreed to one-year contracts with the Colorado Rockies.

Shohei Ohtani pounded his hardest-hit home run of the season, José Suarez pitched 5 1/3 innings of one-run relief after Dylan Bundy threw up on the mound because of heat exhaustion and the Los Angeles Angels beat the troubled New York Yankees 5-3.

New York starter Jordan Montgomery gave up two hits in three scoreless innings. Brubaker allowed two hits over two scoreless innings and Chase De Jong followed with two shutout innings. MARLINS 4, METS 4Miami starter Pablo Lopez gave up a hit and a walk over three scoreless innings. German Marquez scattered three hits and a walk over three scoreless innings for Colorado. Kansas City starter Jakob Junis pitched three innings and gave up one hit, a leadoff homer to Trent Grisham.
