ORLANDO, Fla. -- The nation’s top-ranked running back in the Class of 2023 has signed with Texas. Edgewater star and five-star prospect Cedric “C4″ Baxter has made it official with the Longhorns. Baxter had over 50 offers and despite a late push from Florida State, Baxter decided to stay with Steve Sarkisian and his staff. "I know this much, 'The Eyes of Texas' is our school song," Sarkisian said. Those who chose not to would be given the option of joining a newly created alternative school band.

Virus wreaking havoc on SEC with Saban now testing positive

Alabama head football coach Nick Saban announces he tested positive for COVID-19
Alabama Crimson Tide head football coach Nick Saban announced Wednesday that he has tested positive for the coronavirus. Alabama athletic director Greg Byrne also announced a positive COVID-19 test. Saban says he "immediately left work and isolated at home" after being informed of his positive test Wednesday afternoon.
