Bills clinch 4th straight playoff berth; beat Dolphins 32-29

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — (AP) — Tyler Bass hit a 25-yard field goal as time expired, and the Buffalo Bills clinched their fourth consecutive playoff berth on a snow-slick field in rallying to a 32-29 win over the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night. The Bills (11-3) overcame a 29-21 deficit by scoring on their final two drives. Allen then oversaw a 15-play, 86-yard drive that ate up the final 5:56 to set up Bass’ field goal, which led to numerous Bills players diving head-first to slide in the snow. The Dolphins (8-6) entered the weekend in second place and as the AFC’s sixth seed. They’ve now lost three in a row in their bid to qualify for the postseason for the first time since 2016.

DETROIT — (AP) — Tyler Bass made a tiebreaking, 45-yard field goal with 2 seconds left, lifting the Buffalo Bills to a 28-25 win over the Detroit Lions on Thursday for their second victory in five days at Ford Field. Allen threw a go-ahead, 5-yard touchdown pass to Diggs with 2:40 left, but Bass missed the extra point to make it 25-22. Detroit (4-7) missed an opportunity to win four straight games for the first time since 2016 and lost a franchise-record sixth straight game on Thanksgiving. PIVOTAL PLAYERBuffalo defensive tackle Ed Oliver forced and recovered a fumble in the first half, leading to Allen's tiebreaking, 3-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. BALTIMORE — (AP) — Tyler Bass kicked a 21-yard field goal on the game's final play, and Josh Allen rallied the Buffalo Bills from a 17-point deficit to beat the Baltimore Ravens 23-20 on Sunday. With the score tied at 20 in the final quarter, the Ravens (2-2) had second down from the Buffalo 1-yard line. From there, Allen calmly guided Buffalo into field goal range, capping his team's comeback from a 20-3 deficit late in the second quarter. It looked like Baltimore was poised to take the lead, but then it all went terribly wrong for the Ravens. The Ravens settled for a field goal and a 17-3 lead.

The Los Angeles Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars combined for four touchdowns in the final 5:25 of the third quarter. The Los Angeles Chargers have blown another large, second-quarter lead, this time to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Chargers jumped out to a 16-0 lead, but the Jaguars have scored 21 unanswered points. New York leads 3-0.
