Cleon Williams, also known as ‘Uncle Lou’, was arrested on May 19 during a sting operation and was held in the Orange County jail on an immigration hold before facing a second-degree misdemeanor charge.

Cleon Williams, the Orlando music venue owner better known as “Uncle Lou,” is now in ICE custody and no longer in the Orange County Jail, according to his attorney. Williams, who ran Uncle Lou's Entertainment Hall for two decades, was held on an immigration detainer after a state agency raided his businesses earlier this month.

Orlando’s music community is rallying around Uncle Lou’s owner “Uncle Lou” Arguello after he was detained on an ICE hold at the Orange County Jail with no charges listed, according to state records.
