A long list of politicos and a sprinkling of celebs join the White House's fete for the French president.

President Joe Biden has told graduates at his alma mater, the University of Delaware, that “now it’s your hour," and he's encouraging young people in the United States to help the country live up to its ideals.

Biden's vice president, spokeswoman and daughter are not close contacts when it comes to covid, raising the question: Who does meet at length with the president?
