Moore and Jones said they weren't sure whether crossover voters got Raffensperger or anyone else nominated. While Trump railed against the practice last month, there is nothing inherently wrong with crossover voting.

Trump pardoned Kerik after Kerik pleaded guilty to tax fraud and false statement charges years earlier and served prison time.
