The tow truck driver told Local 6 News that when he arrived at the scene he had no idea anyone was inside the car, which had caught fire.  As he was extinguishing the small fire, he noticed the woman inside and called 911.

The woman was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries but was expected to recover, the FHP said.

A FHP report says that the driver had been speeding before losing control of her vehicle and hit the curb at Enterpise Road causing the vehicle to flip multiple times.

An investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
