The FHP said Federico Aguirre-Moran, 58, of Orlando, was driving north on S.R. 417 when he lost control of the big rig and struck a guardrail.

The tractor-trailer jackknifed, blocking the roadway.

Troopers said Aguirre-Moran suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Oviedo ER.

Charges are pending against Aguirre-Moran, the FHP said.
