ORLANDO, Fla. – As our roadways begin to become more congested, it seems a lot of drivers are creating their own rules out of convenience.
A message was sent into me asking has the law changed when it comes to conducting a U-turn.
Join me as we break down what I think is a simple traffic maneuver, but obviously some of you are struggling.
