ORLANDO, Fla. – Metal guard rail barriers versus concrete barriers. That was our topic of discussion today.
Obviously they have an extreme visual difference, but what are the differences in their design and what determines where they are placed?
Although I am no traffic engineer, traffic is part of my world and that includes its infrastructure.
We took a nice drive and discussed why we see what we see out on the roadway.
