Fireman Rob is a true American hero, known for his incredible journey of resilience, dedication and service. An Air Force veteran and career firefighter, Rob supported search and recovery efforts after the 9/11 tragedy and has since made it his mission to inspire others to “live your passion.”

A decorated veteran: He served in the U.S. Air Force and contributed to recovery operations at Ground Zero after 9/11.
A world record holder: Rob has completed 23 full Ironman and 29 half Ironman triathlons, running over 1,000 miles in full firefighter gear. He holds two Guinness World Records for his feats.
A mental health advocate: After overcoming combat-related PTSD, Rob now speaks nationally about mental health and resilience.
A philanthropist: Through his Fireman Rob Foundation, he has delivered 8,000 teddy bears to children in hospitals worldwide.
A family man and marathon icon: As a father of three, Rob continues to give back. This weekend, he’ll run the 2025 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend on behalf of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida — all while wearing 35 pounds of firefighting gear!
