OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A 16-year-old motorcyclist was killed early Tuesday in a crash on U.S. 192 in Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 1:20 a.m. near Botanic Boulevard in St. Cloud.

According to a crash report, the Orlando boy was heading south on Botanic Boulevard and lost control for an unknown reason while attempting to get onto U.S. 192.
The motorcycle crossed the median and entered the eastbound lanes, where an oncoming Toyota Corolla struck the motorcycle, troopers said. The impact caused the 16-year-old to be thrown off the motorcycle as it entered the woods.
The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 42-year-old Palm Bay woman, was uninjured.
Troopers said another vehicle may have run over the boy in the roadway, but they have not received any information.
