ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – It never fails when I tell folks that speeding is still one of the biggest issues on our roadways, they’re shocked. But here’s the truth: it’s not just happening, it’s happening every single day.
Now look, I’m not naïve. I know traffic problems aren’t going to magically disappear one day. But that doesn’t mean we just throw our hands in the air and accept it.
