Southbound lanes reopen after tractor-trailer fire on Florida’s Turnpike Tractor-trailer catches fire near mile marker 232 in Osceola County

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A tractor-trailer fire temporarily stopped traffic on Florida’s Turnpike southbound at mile marker 232 in Osceola County near St. Cloud on Tuesday.
Traffic cam footage showed emergency crews on scene with traffic backed up.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the cab portion caught fire and was pulled off the trailer.
There are no reported injuries. The fire remains under investigation.
