Orange County teacher accused of sexually abusing student

An Orange County school employee was arrested after being accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old student, according to Orlando police. Terrell Foy, 32, was arrested by Orlando police Friday after an anonymous tip was received that referenced a “school authority figure” being involved in an “inappropriate relationship” with a student.
