Volusia sheriff reacts to arrests of deputy, corrections officer

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood reacted Thursday to the recent arrests of Deputy Stephen Corbin, accused of holding a woman against her will and demanding a sex act, and Corrections Lt. Jonathan Harding, accused of sexual misconduct with an inmate.
