FHP seeks info after Osceola County hit-and-run crash upends victim’s life

The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help to identify a driver accused of hitting a motorcyclist in Osceola County and then leaving the scene. The victim, Mia Phillips, told News 6 the crash has upended her life.
