Sheriff offers reward for info after 5-year-old run over by e-bike on Volusia beach

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood said Wednesday he’s offering a $1,000 reward for the identity of two people who were riding an e-bike that struck a 5-year-old boy over the weekend.
