Minor league ballplayer from Cocoa arrested in fatal hit-and-run crash in Manatee County

A former Atlanta Braves minor league baseball player from Cocoa is accused of causing a fatal crash on I-75 in Manatee County and fleeing the area. Jonathan Matos Morales, 18, was arrested Tuesday.
