Ex Seminole tax collector Joel Greenberg’s victim seeks to unmask ‘unindicted conspirator’

A victim of disgraced former Seminole County tax collector Joel Greenberg is asking a federal judge to unseal court records that would identify an “unindicted conspirator” linked to one of Greenberg’s criminal offenses, News 6 has learned.
