Goodwill seeks development at former Flea World site in Seminole County

Goodwill has submitted an application to build a development at the former site of Flea World in Seminole County. The 110-acre property along Ronald Reagan Boulevard and U.S. 17-92 has been empty since Flea World closed in 2015.
