Deltona teens face burglary charges after viral TikTok door-kicking challenge

Three teenagers in Volusia County are facing serious charges after they were caught on surveillance video kicking doors at Deltona homes — all part of a viral door-kicking challenge circulating on social media. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office says two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old were identified on surveillance footage last week. Two are charged with kicking the doors, while the third faces charges for acting as an accomplice. One of the 13-year-olds confessed to deputies that the group had been kicked out of a church in Deltona before walking to Feather Drive, where they decided to try the challenge. The teens hit homes on three different streets.
