Daytona Beach OKs Avalon Park development, but residents raise traffic concerns

More than 8,800 homes are coming to a new "city within a city" in Daytona Beach. The city of Daytona Beach approved plans for an Avalon Park Daytona. Developers say they have plans to deal with the infrastructure woes this community could cause. News 6's Molly Reed explains what they have planned.
