Gainesville homicide suspect on the run in Volusia County, police say

Authorities in Volusia County are searching for a homicide suspect out of Gainesville. The sheriff’s office and Daytona Beach police are looking for Xavion Perry III, who is described as a Black male standing 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, white socks, and white sneakers. Authorities consider him dangerous.
