Hit-and-run driver sought after striking11-year-old on e-scooter in Orange County, troopers say

The Florida Highway Patrol is searching for the driver of a vehicle accused of striking an 11-year-old boy riding an electric scooter before leaving the scene Sunday afternoon in Orange County.
