Arrest warrant issued for driver after deadly toll booth crash at Florida beach

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood told News 6 on Tuesday evening that an arrest warrant was issued for Deanna Harrell, the driver suspected in a deadly crash at Daytona Beach Shores.
