Stepbrother ordered into custody after violent cruise ship death

News 6 has obtained a court record, revealing that a judge ordered Anna Kepner's 16-year-old stepbrother Timothy Hudson into custody. Hudson is accused of killing Kepner during a family trip aboard a Carnival cruise ship last year.
