Alleged scheme involving Florida troopers revealed in arrest affidavits

Two Florida Highway Patrol veterans are out of a job and facing criminal charges after investigators say they billed a Central Florida community for off-duty security work they never actually performed, according to newly obtained arrest affidavits.
