Man in protective custody after hours-long standoff at Cocoa Beach business

A standoff in Cocoa Beach that shut down traffic for hours ended with the subject taken into protective custody. Police spent hours trying to get a man inside the Calm Collective Kava Bar on A1A to come out of the business peacefully before breaking a window.
