Trump blames vandals for Reflecting Pool problems

The reflecting pool In the nation's capital continues to face big problems. After a more than 16 million dollar overhaul, the Washington landmark has been plagued with algae which turned the water a swampy green. Now there's peeling paint. President Trump is blaming vandals without offering any proof — and said several people have been arrested. Ed O'Keefe has more on this saga.
