Widow sues Kissimmee homeowner’s association over killing of 3 men in vacation home

The widow of a man killed while staying at a short-term vacation home in Kissimmee is now suing the homeowner’s association that oversees the neighborhood, accusing the group of negligence that led to her husband's death. They say the HOA should have been aware that Ahmad Bojeh, the suspect, lived in the neighborhood and about his situation prior to the shooting.
