And a U.S. equity firm is poised to take over a budget European airline. Wall Street kicked off the week with all green arrows, boosted by gains in tech shares. The Dow rose 155 points to hit the 53-thousand mark for the first time. The Nasdaq climbed 288 points. The S and P 500 ticked up 54 points.
