Volusia sergeant arrested on battery charges after bar fight with couple, sheriff says

A Volusia County sheriff's sergeant was charged with two counts of felony battery after video captured him allegedly attacking a 71-year-old woman and her 77-year-old husband at a New Smyrna Beach bar while off-duty.
