Florida transportation officials say a contractor cut a fiber optic line, causing signal outages for the SunRail system.  The incident happened Thursday morning near Highland Avenue in Orlando. Crews were doing some construction work when the line was cut. The cut disrupted the signal system and temporarily suspended train service between Winter Park and Poinciana, including the Orlando area.
