Man arrested in 1988 cold case murder of Orlando woman

Nearly 38 years after the murder of Diane Matthews, the Orlando Police Department has charged a suspect in her death. Willie J. Carpenter, 68, was arrested on Thursday by the U.S. Marshals Service North Carolina Regional Task Force and charged with first-degree murder.
