The number of Americans who say they've shoplifted has grown -- amid ongoing affordability concerns. And CVS is expanding pharmacy services to every member of the family -- including four-legged ones. U.S. stocks rebounded Tuesday, lifted by chips stocks. The Dow rose 385 points.
