Man charged with video voyeurism after arrest at Orange County Walmart

An unsettling shopping experience for a woman at a Walmart in Orange County this week led to an arrest for video voyeurism. Owen Canzius, 38, of Davenport, is facing a charge of video voyeurism after he was arrested Wednesday by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
