Midway nears halfway point in first phases of drainage improvement project

Families living in Midway are seeing the price of progress as work is happening on a long-awaited plan to fix flooding issues that have plagued the community for decades. Road closures are happening along sections of Jitway Avenue and Hughey Street as four phases of the eight-part drainage improvement project are in progress.
