‘Something needed around here:’ New affordable senior housing complex opens in Kissimmee

A new 60-unit affordable housing community called Buen Vecino, developed by the Osceola Council on Aging in partnership with Osceola County and federal, state, and local partners, is opening in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee to provide safe, stable housing for residents age 62 and older earning within set income limits.
