Leesburg man accused of using tractor to ram roadside workers over flashing lights, deputies say

Authorities say a Leesburg man was arrested after cellphone and body camera video captured an incident in which he allegedly threatened roadside workers and drove a tractor toward them during a dispute over flashing safety lights.
