'Teach him a lesson:' Mom of Titusville teen hit by accused intoxicated driver speaks out

According to a news release, Eric Blythe, 52, of Titusville, was driving southbound on South Hopkins Avenue when he struck a juvenile bicyclist who entered the roadway traveling eastbound. The child was thrown into the vehicle’s windshield and transported to a local children’s hospital with serious but stable injuries.
