Never off duty: Local Sheriff arrests super speeder on the way to dinner, deputies say

A Sheriff is never off duty. Flagler County Deputies say it was Sheriff Rick Staly who stopped a super speeder June 30th; all while he was on his way to dinner with his wife. Deputies say Staly and his wife were in an unmarked patrol car when a driver blew past him on I-95, reaching speeds up to 125 mph!
