Bodycam footage shows arrest of Palm Coast man after theft of woman's son's ashes

A Palm Coast man has been arrested after taking the ashes of a woman’s late son, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies release footage of the arrest after taking the man - identified as Justin Fountain, 31 - into custody over the weekend.
